What to include

  • For a wrong or unexpected result: the test you ran, the VPN and server you used, your device and browser, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps.
  • For a bug: the page address, your browser and what happened.
  • For corrections to a guide: the page and the part you think is wrong.
  • For business and partnerships: a short note about your company and what you have in mind.

Please do not send passwords, account details or anything else you would not want to share. We never ask for them.
